● Exchange policy

We will happily exchange faulty items within one month (30 days) of purchase date.

● Delivery (Shipping)

After we receive your order and confirm payment, the shipment will be processed right away.
We will ship by the following business day. We will not ship on weekends or Japanese holidays. Orders placed on holidays may take longer to process.

● Returns
